Cinders

Cinders
Cinders - Celebes Black Ape
Cinders was rejected by her mother and as a result was hand reared. Many attempts were made to re-integrate her into the troop, but all unfortunately failed. Cinders was taken in by a sanctuary that as we so often hear could not raise nough funds to support these specialist animals. When it closed Cinders was given a home for life at the Exotic Pet refuge.

Since then, Cinders starred in the film "the 51st State" with Little Mo, a Mona Monkey who also lived at the refuge but unfortunately died earlier this year. Cinders has now retired from the film industry and is enjoying her life at the refuge!
